How does the transaction work?
Transferring ownership can often be a complicated and multi-step procedure. To streamline this process for both buyers and sellers, we have combined our services to ensure a smooth, efficient, and legally sound transaction. Most of our transactions follow a structured process:
- Invoicing - Once terms are agreed, the Boom & Bucket team will invoice a buyer, including extra services you need. Machine cost, warranties, shipping, tax, it's all included.
- Funds Transfer - Once a transfer is initiated, Boom & Bucket can handle the rest! Buyers, sellers, shippers, titling services, and the IRS, it's all included.
- Closing Paperwork - We generate and distribute a Bill-of-Sale, Transaction Summary, Title reassignment (if necessary), and Equipment Release forms for every sale.
- Seamless Communication - We'll do all the work behind the scenes, and keep you updated every step of the way!
How do I get paid?
During the consignment process we'll collect your payment details. You'll have the money waiting in your account when you get sent a Bill-of-Sale.
How quickly do I get paid once my equipment sells?
As soon as the buyer pays, you'll receive the balance of your funds within 1-2 business days. Boom & Bucket prides itself on fast disbursements to our suppliers.

Do I have final say on whether to accept an offer from a buyer?
Absolutely. we'll help you develop a pricing strategy but in the end it's your decision.
